La cama era muy incómoda, el espacio de la habitación demasiado pequeño. El baño tenía manchas en los azulejo del lavabo, que no limpiaron ni Antes ni durante la estancia. Solo hay un bote de jabón de manos, no hay gel ni champú ni acondicionador. 101€/ noche de media es demasiado para lo que ofrece.

Perfekt für den Vorabend Check inn am Airport. Die Mashinen fliegen je nach Wetterlage zwar direkt über das Haus aber das ist nur wirklich laut wenn man sich draußen aufhält. ZImmer sind einfah ausgestattet, alles vorhanden, gute Betten, Badezimmer sehr sauber was will ich mehr.

空港まで歩いて10分弱、近くにはレストランもあるので良かった。部屋は普通だけど安いから十分。

The lady was very professional. The location is horrible because of the sound of flights and cars at road . No AC it was so hot , very tide bathroom, No Iron , no extra sheets , kitchen was good , stair no elevator I had to carry 3 big bags The property has a sign night rate is 53€ and ******* charged me $122 , why ????? Not happy at all

Perfect location for the airport, (walking/bus/taxi) I took taxi option 8.5 euros. Also for commuting to Hamburg Centre itself on U1. The staff speak excellent English and are very helpful answering a couple of questions I had via email prior to my stay. I was allowed to leave my bag before heading back to Hamburg as I arrived around 11am in the morning. Booked breakfast for the next morning which was excellent value for 9 Euros. A taxi was also booked for me on the morning of my departure. The room was very clean and had 2 single beds in it. Had alll that was required but a splash of colour (i.e. picture on wall in rooms would have been nice). No noise from aircraft till around 7.45 in the morning and great view of aircraft going overhead.

The room #302 was lovely and i was happy to have th4 luggage stand and a desk to work from. However the wifi didnt reach the desk so i couldnt work. I booked with your hotel for the included wifi so that i could work from my room. The lovely lady at the reception offered for me to work in the breakfast room until 9pm, but that defeats the purpose of having a desk in my room. Please purchase wifi aignal boosters to help your future guests.

Property has been renovated, staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurants within minutes.

Really convenient for the airport, and within 10mins walking of the U-bahn to get into the city centre. Downside was that it was quite noisy with the planes, but to be expected. The room was small, but adequate, although we found the beds too soft (two single beds instead of a double though this has been a common experience throughout our trip). The wifi was patchy at best and some of the bathroom fittings and room lights were not working or in need of repair. Checking in and out was super easy and there was ample parking too.

Terrible mattress, wifi does not work properly and the floor under the beds was dirty.
