房間很大，住的很舒服。安保很好，需要刷卡進出

酒店離星光大道還是近的，打車很方便!

總體感覺還可以，住宿停車收費不太合理

Hotel is good generally, location is good beside Burbank mall. Service isn’t good, also they take 100$ visa to security time and take a week to 10 days to refund to Visa card.

Wonderful hotel! Staff was super friendly. Rooms are clean. Cafe is super good! Came for a universal trip, only 10 mins away from universal! It’s a good price especially for CALI! And it’s not a run down place. Parking isn’t free but it was 22 with in & our privileges which is great.

This is my favorite hotel. We stay here every year. I usually have a great stay! This year not so much! Rooms refrigerator didn’t work and it spoiled our food, and they switched from sample size shampoo and conditioner to full size pumps attached to wall with nothing inside! Thank goodness I bought some shampoo just in case! Beds were a little harder than what I have remembered. I know they have new ownership. I hope this is not how it’s going to be next year too. Other than than I like this hotel, great location.

The location is great. Many restaurants and stores are in walking distance. The hotel and room are clean and the staff are kind. Although our room is outdated and by the roads, it was super noisy all the time. But we were tired, we fell asleep easily. Overall, my experience here was good and will choose come back again.

Very disappointed. The hotel property was old which was okay, but the Wi-Fi was totally inoperative for the eight nights of our stay and the “heated pool” was cold. We found the majority of staff to be helpful and attentive but one of the assistant managers was less than helpful in attending to the Wi-Fi issue and was unpleasant. The folks that cleaned the rooms were very nice but housekeeping was only available on request.

We originally were given a room that was said to be an upgrade. It was exremely noisy causing loss of sleep. We were however able to change to another room with no problem the next day and the rest of our stay was very comfortable.

Everything about this Hotel from check in to check out is fantastic, The rooms are super clean and comfortable, the location is Great, so much to do within walking distance, safe parking for my Oversized Vehicle, its the Best place to stay
